$2,450 US per month with an annual lease. These homes rent quickly so if you are interested please contact us ahead of time. Occupancy is limited to 6 per house. Houses are non-smoking indoors. Pets considered with pre-approval plus an additional deposit. Tenant responsible for electricity, water and butane. Included in the rent are: Internet, Digi Streaming for TV, trash pickup, and groundskeeping.
