Bordered by a marine reserve to the front and a national park to the rear this is a nature lover’s paradise. On a busy day you may see 2-3 boats go past but you will be more likely to see a plethora of birds and wildlife than a human.

This property is ideal for those looking to get away from it all. Sabal Beach is boat-access only and is off-grid. The property runs off solar energy and utilizes rainwater collection. There is more than enough of both for those who are mindful of usage so your utility bills will be almost nothing (other than butane for cooking and the gas clothes dryer). We lived here full-time for 8 years before relocating to the Placencia peninsula for our daughter to be closer to schools and other children and we can easily help with logistics until you get settled.
