This home is ideal for a couple, is air conditioned, has high-speed internet, affords gorgeous views of the Maya Mountains with the beach directly across the street and has an ideal mix of indoor and outdoor space. The Townhouse is over a storage garage and accessed via stairs.
You can be in Placencia village in 15 minutes or relaxing at a waterfall in the jungle in 45. Maya Beach is home to many of the nicer restaurants and resorts on the peninsula and the largest grocery store in the area is only 1.5 miles south.

Available from January 2024 at $1,650 US per month with an annual lease. These homes rent quickly so if you are interested please contact us ahead of time. Occupancy is limited to 4 per house. Houses are non-smoking indoors. Pets considered with pre-approval plus an additional monthly fee and deposit. Tenant responsible for electricity, water and butane. Included in the rent are: Internet, Cable TV, Security, trash pickup, and groundskeeping.
